Community Living Assistant
Position Summary:
The Community Living Assistant (CLA) may be staffed as a full-time, part-time or substitute position. The CLA is an active member of the team providing supported living services to individuals with developmental disabilities who reside in the community. The CLA will assist residents in daily activities to promote a safe living environment, independence, and inclusion into the community in which the resident resides.
Residential Counselor
Position Summary:
The Residential Counselor (RC) is an active member of the team providing supported living services to individuals with developmental disabilities who reside in the community. The RC is directly responsible for oversight/ management of the residence, program coverage, work schedules, client support and direct supervision and training of direct care staff.
CECA offers competitive salary; option to participate in Health Insurance, including prescription benefits, dental and vision, Group Life/AD&D Insurance, Disability Insurances & 401K benefits.
All state required training is provided at no expense to staff
Minimal training includes: Certified Medication Technician, CPR & First Aid, & MANDT
